Welcome to the first part of your training!

The first step is to watch the training video below (approximately 1 hour) and then complete the short questionnaire that follows. You will find the questionnaire directly beneath the video.

This step is designed to help you get familiar with our systems and expectations, while also giving us a sense of your comprehension and attention to detail. It lays the groundwork for everything that comes next.

After you complete this section, the next step will be a one-on-one training session where we can go through the process together, answer your questions, and make sure you feel fully supported as you continue.
