​GETTING STARTED​​

Once this contract is signed and the initial deposit is made (see payment details below) you will be sent an intake form so that we can begin to create the direction and vision for your website.​

PHOTOS

Before starting on the website, I would like to have as many images and videos as possible to choose from. You can get me these images via email, Google Drive, or a drop box, whichever is most convenient.

NOTE: We will use stock photos only if the client indicates on their intake form that they are open to this option. ​

When necessary, I will also pull from your website and social media to obtain images and videos. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that all images, videos, and other media used on their website have the necessary permissions and rights for use. AGA Business Solutions assumes no liability or responsibility for any copyright infringement issues or disputes arising from the use of such media on the Client's website. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold AGA Business Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of unauthorized media.

CONTENT

As part of the cost of your website, up to 6 featured portfolios, 12 testimonials & 6 blog posts will be added by AGA Business Solutions. If you currently have a blog on an existing Wix website, we will also import all of your blog posts to the new website. For any additional portfolios, or testimonials above those included, or for any blog posts not currently hosted on a Wix website, the client may choose to add the additional portfolios, testimonials, and blog posts themselves or hire AGA Business Solutions to do this for them at an additional fee of $150 an hour. A final training session is included in the cost of your website and will cover instructions on how to add additional portfolios, testimonials, and/or blog posts.

HOME PAGE

Once the brand strategy session is done and we have enough images and videos, we will begin to work on your Home page. Once the Home page is complete, we will send you a link to the page for you to review. 

 

If minor changes are required, revisions can be communicated via email. If more than minor changes are required, a 60-minute Zoom session may be scheduled.

ADDITIONAL WEB PAGES

Once all revisions to the Home page have been made, we have final approval from the client and we have received all testimonials, portfolio details, and blog posts to be added, we will continue to create the additional website pages. ​

Once the additional pages are complete, we will send you a link to review. ​If minor changes are required, revisions can be communicated via email. If more than minor changes are required, a 60-minute Zoom session may be scheduled.

WEBSITE COPY

AGA Business Solutions will create website copy, hooks, and taglines based on the information provided on the intake form as well as the brand strategy meeting. If requested, AGA Business Solutions will make themselves available for a 60-minute Zoom session (at no additional charge) to narrow down the client's products, services, unique selling points, and taglines specific to website copy.

SEO & MOBILE OPTIMIZATION

The cost of your site includes Mobile Optimization and foundational on-site SEO.  SEO services to include keyword and domain authority research, Title, Meta Description, Slug Creation, Keyword Centric Page Copy, and Alt Image Text on all on-page images. It does not include advanced SEO such as Schema Markups or Google Business updates or edits. It does not include Alt Image Text for Gallery Images however, you will be trained on how to do this yourself if it is important to you. While I have had a high success rate with SEO and Google rankings for the majority of my websites, because of the unknown factors with Google algorithm and the many off-site factors that help determine Google rankings, it is impossible for me to guarantee any type of specific results in regards to SEO or Google rankings.

TRAINING

Once SEO and mobile optimization are done and we have final approval on the website, you will be sent a personal training video to help familiarize you with your Wix dashboard and editor and show you how to make minor changes to the website on your own. If requested, a 60-minute Zoom training call is also available.

LAUNCHING YOUR WEBSITE

The client is responsible for connecting any existing domain name or purchasing a new domain name to the new site, however, Gina and AGA Business Solutions will offer guidance and direction to the client to do this.

SUPPORT

Gina and AGA Business Solutions shall make themselves available for questions and support with any issues regarding their website moving forward for 30 days after the completion of the project.  Support will be limited to the products/services provided. Any customizations or changes to the website or issues past 30 days after completion of the project may incur an additional charge. Wix offers 24/7 support as well for most questions you may have about your website moving forward. 

 

COMPLETION TIME

The typical completion time of a website, once all materials required are received from the client, is 4-6 weeks. However, because this timeline is dependent on several factors including (but not limited to) the client's response time, this timeline cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, do whatever we can to ensure that the website is done in the most timely manner possible. AGA Business Solutions also agrees to keep the client updated at all times regarding the progress of their project however, it is the client's responsibility to keep track of all items needed in order to finish their project. The client will be given a client page in which they can review the progress of their job at any time.

STANDARD WEBSITE CREDIT

As is customary in the industry, a small and inconspicuous website credit will be added to the bottom of your website. It is strongly recommended that you CLICK HERE to sign up to become an affiliate so that you can receive credit and a commission for any business generated from the credit on your site.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Once you receive your Home page preview, if you are unhappy, you may request a refund of your deposit and discontinue working with AGA Business Solutions. If a refund is requested, any work done will be considered the property of AGA Business Solutions. Beyond the Home page preview, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to make you happy including unlimited revisions and one-on-one consultations. If for any reason and at any time, you would like to discontinue working with AGA Business Solutions, we will transfer any work we have done for you if full payment of the work is received. ​

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

AGA Business Solutions works on a "first received, first served" basis. This means that once we receive all the materials, images and/or approval we need from you, to work on the next step of your website, your job will be added to our queue of websites we are working on. This queue and the timeline it dictates may change at any given time. It is the client's responsibility to inquire as to their position in our queue.

Please also know that while we are very good at what we do, there may be points in the process where we do not get things 100% right on the first try. During these times, please be kind and patient and understand that this is all a part of the process. The ultimate goal is to give you a site that you love, no matter what it takes.
